Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Villa Grove will hold a Public Hearing, with a Planning and Zoning meeting immediately following, on February 3, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., within the City Council Chambers at 612 East Front Street for consideration of the following:

• Recommendation on amendments to the Sections 155.030(C) and 155.126 of the Zoning Code of the City of Villa Grove designating Wind Energy Conversion Systems as a “special use”.
• Recommendation on the creation of a new ordinance(s) concerning the permitting, development, and maintenance of Wind Energy Conversion Systems within the City of Village Grove and the one-and-one-half mile area surrounding the city.

The above applications are open to inspection at the office of the Board of Zoning Appeals, 120 N. Main St., Villa Grove, IL. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board, or at such hearing.
